    Sutton On Sea Beach It's a traditional, old fashioned seaside town with wide, clean, golden sands that are perfect for beach rounders, picnicking, making sandcastles and catching flatfish, crabs and shrimps. It's dog friendly all year too

    We have hardstanding when the grass is too wet

    The ground here can get very soft but hardstanding ensures you can visit us all year round.

    Grass or Hardstanding

    You can choose where to park, on a hard standing, middle of the field or in the orchard. Adults only, dogs most welcome.

    After a day on the beach, you'll appreciate our tranquil setting.

    Sutton on Sea Centre

    Sutton is an unspoilt village, no arcades or amusements. Plenty of nice pubs and places to eat and we have a paddling pool for grand-children right in the middle of it all.

    The sea is close by and from Jasmin you are just a ten-minute stroll from the Prom at beautiful Sandilands and Sutton-on-Sea. Though this leisurely stroll might take you a little longer if you linger in the Grange and Links Pub or the delightful Fat Seagull bistro both of which you’ll pass on this short walk to the beach. The prom is traffic free, which makes it an ideal place for a leisurely strolls or cycles. The beach nearby is Blue Flag clean and safe for bathing, has miles upon miles of golden soft sands and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer sun.

  • Stunning Beaches

    The beaches here are what people come to enjoy. Miles and miles of stunning soft yellow sands, dogs can go on the beach all year, you'll walk for miles, see and collect shells of all kinds, you won't see many other people but early morning you'll be rewarded with the sight of galloping horses. 

  • Facilities

    A mixture of grass or hardstanding pitches.  With or without electricity. We have an Elsan point and recycling centre. Grey water is deposited in the hedgerows or at the base of thirsty fruit trees. We have water on your pitch and you must be self-sufficient as we do not have toilets or showers on site  This is an Adult Only site, dogs are most welcome, we have great dog walks. 

  • Within walking distance we have pubs, restaurants, beachside cafés a golf Course. We have arguably one of the best chip shops in the world. We even have our own "Leaning Tower" . Just a couple of miles inland, you'll find the delightful town of Alford, take your camera for pictures of the windmill.
