Campsite Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jasmin Camping. To ensure an enjoyable and safe stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Bookings & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Deposits are refundable only if a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given before the arrival date.

2. Length of Stay

• The maximum stay permitted is 28 consecutive nights.

3. Adults-Only Policy

• This campsite is for adults (18+) only.

4. Awnings & Groundsheets

• Enclosed awnings may be erected for a maximum of three (3) nights only.
• Groundsheets are not permitted to protect the grass.

5. Chemical Toilet Disposal

• Only green, environmentally friendly chemicals may be used in chemical toilets.
• Blue chemicals are strictly prohibited as they damage our waste disposal system.

6. Data Protection

• We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Any information you provide during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of managing your stay.
• We will not share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so.
• By booking with us, you consent to us holding your contact details for communication purposes regarding your stay.

7. General Site Rules

• Please respect other campers and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Grey water (washing up and shower water) is to be disposed of in the hedgerows or at the base of thirsty trees,
• All rubbish must be disposed of in the appropriate bins.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
